Counting Pills POSTED AT 03:59 AM in School stuff..., My Life. I finished editing song titles/artists/album/album art work for about 1/5th of my iTunes, ahaha. HEY, it's the 4th of July! Happy Independence Day, United States! I'm pretty sure I'll be celebrating with Katie, Sarah, Alex, and Jeff (from Long Beach). That'll be...interesting? ;P Then it's Week 3 of Summer Session 1...aka: Midterm Week :/ I'm scaared. I really like my classes and stuff but we learn soo much every day of class. It's only been 2 weeks and there's already soooo much to review! I think I'm going to be taking Summer Session 2. Katie and Sarah won't be very happy with me (they tried to discourage me with their sad puppy faces, haha) but IF I go through with it, then I'll be able to declare a major by the end of the summer! So exciting!...but at the same time, I don't know. My mom's got her opinions about what I should do. No mom, being a pharmacist in the Philippines is not the same as being a pharmacist here in the US. In the Philippines, apparently they have a 4-year program? WOW. In the US, it's a 10+ year program that should start early by taking advanced biology and chemistry classes high school (to see if you can take the pressure!). HAHA. Back before I even knew I was going to UCI, I considered going on the path to become a pharmacist. Yeah, that lasted about an hour. That's how long it took me to research it, look up statistics, find out what kind of courses I'd have to take, read peoples stories and experiences with Pharmacy...and I talked myself out of it. I mean that'd be cool and all to be a pharmacist (not gonna deny it...they usually make good $$$) but, I don't think it's for me. *Mega-SIGH* It's almost 4 AM...I should be asleep. Yeah. So what do you think about "Public Health Policy" as a major. How does that sound to you? Currently listening to: Stars - DivisionCurrently feeling: sleepy Write something...
